I like Smackdown, but the sweetened crowd reactions really really take some enjoyment away for me. There is absolutely NO FN WAY the crowd was THIS hot for the July 31, 2009 Hardy-Morrison match. As good as it was, I have a hard time believing that the crowd BEHIND the cameramen were as loud and animated as they sounded while most of the crowd on screen was sitting and watching.

That said, it was a really good match and I wouldn’t mind seeing more matches between the two of them on PPV with no commercial breaks and less stuff on the screen.

The follow-up with Punk was great. I was a bit disappointed that Morrison completely disappeared during that angle because I would have liked to see Punk destroy both of them and lead to a series of matches between all three men. Hell if Raw can ride the Orton-Cena-HHH train for years, Smackdown can do the same with the three of them.
